From the time that I entered the plant center outside, Renaee and Caitlyn absolutely catered to me. They were both so personable, friendly, accommodating and professional. Then, one of them then led me in with all of my plants and had me leave my cart by a register. While she then helped me find some hardware items for a project and dog treats. Then she walked with me to the cashier and chit-chatted with me until the transaction was done. Then she helped me along with Renaee, who I think might have been off at that point, out to the car to help me load up the car. Both giving me advice on a tree that I bought. These women were absolutely amazing! They were perfection! Someone needs to give them praise and a raise because they absolutely deserve it! I've never been treated like that at any business!! Thank you Renaee and Caitlyn for being as awesome as you both are!! A customer from Green Mountain Falls, CO

Murdoch's seems to offer great products at great prices but really doesn't honor what they advertise. They seem to be consistently "out of stock" on sale items and cancel orders, but not before grabbing all your personal data. Nothing like receiving 5 marketing emails in 24 hours and then getting the cancelation email. Reaching out via customer service is a joke - you get a boilerplate template about how it's for stock on hand only but don't worry, the sale is on for another 8 days so just try again. Not today Satan, not today.

Always so kind and friendly to me.I love taking my dog hair. She's really old. They always take good care of her. I have been coming here to get hay and pet feed for many years. I really appreciate everyone having proper training. And expertise in their departments.

I bought this bone for my dog which she likes but the collagen inserts aren't anywhere in the store. They carried them when I first bought it and I bought some but then I went back to get more and they haven't had any in the store for over a month now. I'm pretty upset about it. They shouldn't be selling something that they're not going to keep extra stock items that are a part of it like the collagen donuts that are the insert for that specific item and they have a couple others made by Kong which they have not supplied either. Just little things

So I've shopped at this Murdochs location off and on for the past 20 years. They have wonderful stuff.. However, I think they're experiencing a high level of theft because the post few times I've gone in, their employees follow me. It makes me really uncomfortable and honestly not want to buy anything. My husband was walking through looking for a sweatshirt and an employee just walked behind him, very obviously watching him. It makes me sad.
